Annie Jia
The latest stage of Annie Jia’s life has brought her to the Graduate School of Journalism at Columbia University, where she is studying to become a journalist and a generally more enlightened person. Her life aspiration is to become a science journalist.
Her obsessions, at various times in the past, have included physics and Taoism, mountains and feminism, environmental history, China, bipartisanship, and Latin dance. All of them have shaped her, how she thinks, and how she lives. At this particular moment in time, she is most fascinated by the areas of science and religion, environmental health, consciousness and the mind, and social media.
This blog is one of many steps she will be taking in the next weeks to upgrade her digital self from her original blog to a full online person, complete with a website (soon at www.anniejia.com). In the meantime, she thanks you for visiting.
